Olympia Grill Restaurants are first generation Greek-Americans born and raised in Galveston, Texas. They credit their Father restaurant (Seawall Café) and our Uncle restaurant (The Golden Greek) for teaching them to follow in their footsteps as great restaurateurs. In their kitchens they were taught Gulf Coast, Creole, and Greek cooking styles.
